Before & After School

WMPCS offers Before and After School Care (BASC) for students in Pre-K through 12th grade. The program provides a safe and welcoming place for children to learn, play, and spend time with friends before and after the school day.

BASC is designed to feel both familiar and fun. Students can explore activities, enjoy crafts and games, and, for older students, have time to work on school assignments. Families must complete an application to participate.

New! Supervisease Sign-Up
We are excited to announce that WMPCS is moving to a new online student check-in/out and billing system called Supervisease. This system allows parents to:

  • Receive notifications when your child arrives at BASC

  • Check balances and manage payments

  • Digitally check students out

    Steps to Register in Supervisease:

    1. Click the registration link and create an account.

    2. Add your child(ren) and payment info.

    3. Go to Purchasing/Registration > New Purchase.

    4. Select your child(ren), choose Aftercare Registration 2025/26, then Checkout & Pay (this simply adds funds, not a bill).
